The TDD treats this page as part of the site's utility navigation alongside About and Methodology. It also identifies several disclosure and privacy responsibilities that belong here when they apply in production.

Hardcopy book purchases are handled externally through Amazon. The design document states that if Amazon Associates is used later, the required affiliate disclosure should be added on this page. At present, books and artifacts are free resources on the site, with larger downloadable files intended to be served from Cloudflare R2.

On privacy and analytics, the TDD specifies cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics and a newsletter provider that handles consent within its own workflow. The document also says that data handling for newsletter signup should be documented on the Disclaimer or Privacy page. Comments are intentionally off at launch because some content may be sensitive and unmoderated discussion would create avoidable liability.
